Your mission
- Own lead flow and conversion: optimize sources, routing, and funnel metrics.
- Enforce strict CRM usage: accurate forecasting, follow‑ups, and reporting.
- Run daily one‑on‑ones, set targets, and hold reps accountable to KPIs.
- Close high‑value deals personally when needed and coach closers to do the same.
- Protect gross — no margin erosion. Recruit and develop a top performing sales team.
You must bring
- Track record of materially increasing traffic conversion and revenue.
- Verifiable, contactable references proving you moved the needle.
- Discipline: daily CRM routines, time management, and one‑on‑one cadence.
- Tough, coachable leadership — you expect results and deliver them.
