Duties

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction in a quick service & fast food restaurant setting
• Supervise staff, including training new team members, scheduling shifts, and providing ongoing coaching to promote team development
• Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control measures
• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Support kitchen management by supervising food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Assist with interviewing potential candidates and participating in hiring decisions to build a strong team environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management roles with supervising experience in a casual dining or quick service environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management, staff training & development, and shift management
• Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
