The Hooters Girl is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through friendly, energetic, and attentive service. As a front-of-house team member and brand ambassador, you will create a fun, welcoming atmosphere while providing excellent food and beverage service, building guest relationships, and supporting restaurant sales and operational goals.
Essential Job Functions
- Create a positive and memorable guest experience through outstanding hospitality and service.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and products to make recommendations and drive sales.
- Handle cash and electronic payment transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain assigned sections, including cleanliness, organization, and appearance standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in restaurant marketing, promotions, community events, and guest engagement activities as assigned.
- Follow all food safety, responsible alcohol service, and health department guidelines.
- Represent the Hooters brand through professionalism, hospitality, and adherence to company uniform and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or entertainment experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods.
- Must meet all applicable age requirements for serving alcohol in accordance with state and local laws.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry food, beverage trays, and restaurant supplies up to established job requirements.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as reaching, bending, and carrying throughout scheduled shifts.
Professional Presentation
