What are the responsibilities and job description for the ELEVATOR OPERATOR position at Hooters Casino Hotel?
It is the responsibility of the Elevator Operator to transport guests between floors of the hotel tower. Provides assistance to guests, ensuring their safety and comfort. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties :
- Operate elevator to transport guests to their desired floors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of guests during their ride.
- Maintain the condition of the elevator and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide general information regarding the property.
- Maintain a clean and orderly elevator environment.
- Follow established protocols for emergency situations.
- Communicate clearly, effectively and professionally via radio.
- Maintain composure and demonstrate a professional and pleasant manner at all times.
- Occasional property housekeeping duties, including but not limited to, vacuuming, transporting trash, mopping, etc.
