The Role
As an HMT Technician, you will be the "hero of the highway," assisting drivers with:
- Tire Changes: Replacing flat tires with spares.
- Lockouts: Safely unlocking vehicles for customers.
- Fuel Delivery: Bringing gas to stranded motorists.
- Jump Starts: Getting dead batteries back to life.
- Mobile Services: Battery installations and tire puncture repairs (high-paying).
What You’ll Need (Requirements)
To be successful, you must be self-equipped and ready to roll. You are required to have:
- A Reliable Vehicle: Must have personal auto insurance and a valid Driver’s License.
- A Smartphone: For receiving and managing service calls.
- Required Tools: You must own (or be willing to purchase) the following:
- Floor Jack & Lug Wrench
- Air Compressor
- Jump Box/Booster Pack
- Lockout Kit
- Gas Can (Fuel Canister)
- Professionalism: A clean driving record and criminal background are required.
