Responsibilities
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process customer transactions accurately
- Handle cash handling and cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with product demos, upselling, and merchandising to enhance sales
- Stock shelves, organize products, and ensure the store is clean and well-maintained
- Manage inventory levels through stocking and product placement
- Enforce store policies and ensure safety standards are upheld
- Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone calls
- Support supervising staff as needed and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, grocery store, or similar environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Ability to perform product demos and upselling techniques effectively
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers
- Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus but not required

- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for shifts during evenings or weekends as needed
