CNC Mill Programmer/Set Up

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer/Set Up to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming with G code via Esprit. The CNC Mill Programmer will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC Mills, interpreting technical drawings, and conducting quality control checks to ensure that all products meet specifications.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC Mills. Haas VF4, Haas VF5 five axis, OKK horizontal pallet mill according to production schedules and specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
• Perform regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize math skills for measurements and calculations during the machining process.
• Conduct quality control inspections of products, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in training operators on CNC Mill operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC Mill Programmer/Set Up within a manufacturing facility.
• Math skills are essential for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ability to measure parts using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, cmm, ect.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• CNC programming: 5 years (Preferred)
