Hoosier Hauler Inc, a veteran owned dumpster and waste management company in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full-time, dependable and motivated Portable Restroom Service Technician for the Indianapolis area. Candidates must have a valid For Hire driver's license with pay starting at $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities for the Portable Restroom Service Technician position include the following:
- Delivering, servicing, cleaning and picking up portable restrooms, safely and efficiently
- Daily truck inspections and maintaining cleanliness of truck
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Use of software, plus ipad/iphone to locate and tag assets and upload pictures in real time
- General housekeeping (shop)
- Reporting truck/restroom unit issues to supervisor in timely manner
- Overtime and some Saturdays are required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Drivers will be required to work approximately 45-60 hours per week during peak season (March-October) and 40-45 hours during non-peak season (November-February)
- Safety-focused with safe operation of all company vehicles and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent attendance history and strong work ethic
Qualifications include:
- Candidate must have a valid For Hire license
- No major traffic violations
- Clean driving record
- Prior portable restroom industry experience preferred
- Prior to employment candidate will be subject to a drug test and background check
