Responsibilities
- Utilize ServiceTitan to schedule, dispatch, and track service appointments accurately in real-time
- Coordinate with technicians using GPS and GIS tools to optimize routes and reduce travel time
- Manage inbound calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear information and scheduling support
- Maintain detailed data entry records within transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine
- Monitor freight movements and shipping & receiving activities to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Use multi-line phone systems to handle multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional communication skills
- Support fleet management by tracking vehicle locations via GPS and coordinating maintenance schedules as needed
- Assist with shipping documentation, freight analysis, and supply chain coordination to streamline logistics processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management platforms
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems like Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine
- Familiarity with GIS, GPS technology, transportation planning, and logistics operations
- Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting scheduling conflicts or route inefficiencies
- Effective dispatching abilities combined with exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy using systems such as AS400 or other enterprise resource planning tools
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing high call volumes
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, fleet management practices, and 3PL (third-party logistics) providers is a plus
