Workforce Development & Outreach Coordinator

Hoosier Crane Service Company is seeking a Workforce Development & Outreach Coordinator to connect education with industry. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, building relationships, coordinating programs, and creating opportunities for students and future employees.
Whether your background is in education, career counseling, workforce development, recruiting, student services, or community engagement, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on individuals entering the skilled trades.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate our registered apprenticeship, internship, and student employment programs.
- Mentor and support apprentices throughout their development.
- Build relationships with high schools, career centers, colleges, and community organizations.
- Coordinate career fairs, student tours, Parent Night, Manufacturing Day, Signing Day, and other outreach events.
- Work with supervisors to schedule apprentice rotations and monitor progress.
- Track training, competencies, attendance, and program milestones.
- Represent Hoosier Crane in the community as an ambassador for workforce development.
- Coordinate employee volunteer and community outreach initiatives.
- Help develop new programs that strengthen our future workforce.

Qualifications
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, Workforce Development, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
