What You’ll Do
As an LPN, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You’ll build relationships, support their well-being, and contribute to a positive, family-like atmosphere.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing hands-on resident care and completing daily rounds

Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitoring and documenting residents’ conditions and progress

Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the care team

Supporting care plan development and implementation

Promoting a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all
What We’re Looking For

Current LPN license (State of Indiana)

Strong clinical and communication skills

A compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Previous long-term care or rehab experience preferred, but not required
