Seasonal Park Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Seasonal Park Attendant to join our team and help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for visitors. This role involves assisting with indoor park operations, managing guest check-ins, supporting food service, overseeing parking lot activities, and performing equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting.

This position is for the dates September 28,29,30 & October 1st.

Duties

• Greet and check in families and visitors upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with indoor park floor help, ensuring guests have a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Support food service operations by heating up and serving food to guests efficiently and courteously.
• Manage the parking lot by overseeing vehicle flow, ensuring safety, and providing directions as needed.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance to keep all park facilities and equipment in safe working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of indoor areas and outdoor spaces to uphold park standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance visitor satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience with equipment maintenance or related technical skills is a plus but not mandatory.
