Your energy and attention to detail will help guests of all ages have a blast and keep coming back for more. Duties Greet guests with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service. Operate arcade games, assist with prize redemption, and guide visitors through attractions. Handle cash and digital transactions accurately, ensuring proper record-keeping. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the arcade. Monitor games and report any equipment issues promptly. Resolve guest concerns in a positive, professional manner. Work with the team to ensure the arcade is organized, clean, and safe. Assist with restocking prizes and maintaining the redemption counter. Use public speaking skills to engage guests and explain promotions or events. Experience Previous customer service or entertainment experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle cash and perform accurate transactions. Strong communication skills and a passion for working with kids and families.
