What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Treatment Coordinator position at Hooper Family Dentistry?
*MUST HAVE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE*
Hooper Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced individual to join our team! We are looking for an individual with a background in dental insurance procedures. Our ideal candidate is a people person with a welcoming attitude to greet patients! Experience working in a dental office and familiar with dental terminology is a must. Candidates with no dental office experience will not be considered at this time.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Dental Insurance Coordinator
- Experience with Dentrix Software
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance procedures and billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Office hours are Monday-Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday-Thursday 7:30-4:30 and Friday 8-12
Compensation will be hourly and based on experience.

- Reception, scheduling & appointment coordination
- Dental Insurance Insurance Coordination
- Treatment Plan & Financing Presentation
- Administrative general duties
