Duties include but not limited to;
- Communicating with Kitchen Manager and General Managers to maintain daily operations
- Managing and maintaining order pars under Kitchen Manager
- Managing and maintaining prep pars under Kitchen Manager
- Managing and maintaining back of house staffing under Kitchen Manager
- Will calls and re-stocking products as necessary
- Line Cooking
- Shift coverage
- Other duties as assigned
