Duties
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support seamless food service operations.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of large trays, crates, or bulk supplies with proper technique to prevent injury.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas through routine cleaning and sanitation.
- Follow strict food safety management protocols to ensure all items are sanitized according to health standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely dishwashing assistance.
