We are opening an ambitious new neighborhood restaurant in Logan Square built around thoughtful food, genuine hospitality, and a collaborative team culture.

As a Server, you are responsible for creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service, genuine conversation, and a deep understanding of our food and beverage program.

This is a highly collaborative environment where everyone contributes to the guest experience. You'll support your teammates, continue developing your knowledge, and help establish the culture of a restaurant built on professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork.

• Deliver warm, polished, and personalized service throughout the guest experience.
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Recommend wine, cocktails, and seasonal offerings.
• Execute professional food and beverage service.
• Maintain thoughtful pacing throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs before they arise.
• Perform polished wine service.
• Assist with food running, beverage running, and supporting teammates.
• Learn daily menu updates and beverage features.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work to company standards.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.

• Two or more years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience in chef-driven, upscale casual, or fine dining restaurants is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity about food, wine, and beverage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
