We’re on the lookout for a reliable and resourceful Office Coordinator who’s not only the first smile people see when they walk through our doors, but also the one who helps keep the heartbeat of our corporate office steady and strong. This is a true admin support role – ideal for someone who thrives on variety, loves being the go-to for all the little (and big) things, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves. You’ll be jumping between greeting guests, tracking office inventory/supplies, and much more – all while keeping the vibes friendly, organized and on brand.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests and vendors at the front desk, receive packages and mail, and support a warm and welcoming office environment.
- Handle administrative tasks including ordering office supplies, managing lunch orders, scanning invoices, and maintaining common areas.
- Support various departments with data entry, invoice processing and other related clerical duties as assigned.
- Assist with interview scheduling, meeting coordination, corporate travel bookings.
- Maintain and update internal Excel trackers.
- Serve as a go-to contact for miscellaneous office needs across multiple departments.
- Support office events, onboarding logistics, and other team-related tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable balancing repetitive tasks with day-to-day changes.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently at the front desk with minimal supervision.
- Warm, helpful attitude – willing to jump in wherever needed.
- 1 year of experience as receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar office role.
- Experience supporting accounting, HR, or operational teams is a plus.
- Experience with Paycor or similar systems is a bonus.
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
- Must be able to list up to 50 pounds at times.
- Comfortability around flashing lights & loud noises
