Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Fredericksburg, VA. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Duties include managing staff, handling budgeting and financial planning, coordinating marketing efforts, and maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality. The General Manager will also be involved in community outreach and event planning to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
