Hooks Lincoln is looking for a kind, welcoming Receptionist to be one of the first points of contact for our customers and help create the professional, attentive experience they expect from a luxury dealership.
You’ll welcome customers, answer calls, help direct them to the right person, and pitch in with everyday front-office tasks. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys helping people.

What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Help customers get connected with the appropriate department
- Assist with filing, data entry, paperwork, and general office tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Receive and distribute messages, mail, and correspondence
- Support other dealership departments as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and standard office programs
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Dependable and punctual
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
