Duties
- Lead and support the serving team to deliver outstanding guest experiences with a positive and energetic attitude
- Assist in training new staff members on food handling, service standards, POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and safety protocols
- Ensure timely and accurate food delivery by coordinating with kitchen staff on food preparation and presentation
- Oversee restaurant operations during shifts, including bussing tables, managing guest requests, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Support food safety practices by monitoring proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and shift reporting
Experience
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong background in serving, food handling, and customer service
- Strong communication skills coupled with hospitality knowledge to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality settings

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
