📢 Part-Time Marketing Assistant – Real Estate & Construction

Location: Remote (with 1–2 on-site visits/month various locations NC/SC)

Schedule: Flexible | Estimated 10–15 hours/week

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and creative Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand, expand our digital presence, and produce high-quality content that highlights our projects and services.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• 📱Manage & create content for all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• 📧Coordinate and create email marketing campaigns
• 🎥Capture & edit short-form videos during monthly on-site visits (think: walkthroughs, before/afters, project progress)
• 🖼️Design visual content (Reels, Stories, ads, posts, etc.)
• 💡Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and engagement
• 📊Report on campaign performance
• 🧠 Bring fresh, strategic marketing ideas to the table
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Marketing experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or a product-based business
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proven ability to run social media and email campaigns
• Comfortable with content creation, video editing, and analytics
• Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, part-time environment
• Must be available for 1x weekly team Zoom call
• Able to travel within 4hrs of Waynesville 1–2 times per month for content creation – May require overnight stay on occasion.

• Canva or Adobe Suite
• Meta Business Suite
• Mailchimp / Flodesk / ConvertKit (or similar)
• Google Drive / Sheets / Docs
• Video tools: InShot, CapCut, or similar for editing
