Job Overview

Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality hookahs according to established standards and guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of hookah equipment and lounge areas
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Educate guests on different flavors, setups, and safe smoking practices
- Monitor guest comfort and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for billing and transactions
- Uphold health and safety regulations related to food service and smoking areas
Requirements
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest relations and phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, lively setting while maintaining professionalism
- Experience in restaurant or hotel guest services is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
