Job Summary

Hook & Reel is looking for energetic and dependable Bussers to help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The Busser plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment by supporting servers, resetting tables, and ensuring guests receive prompt and attentive service. This position is ideal for team players who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers in delivering food, beverages, and guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, restrooms, and common areas.
• Refill water, condiments, and service supplies as needed.
• Remove trash and keep work areas organized throughout the shift.
• Support opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds during a shift.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
