Hook & Reel's Shelby, MI team is seeking a Restaurant GM!

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

• Adherence to brand standards and operational procedures
• Adherence to all Federal, State, and Local guidelines
• Integrates all company initiatives and emphasizes with applicable staff
• Foster a positive work environment by motivating, coaching, and developing team members.
• Hiring and staffing the restaurant to meet established staffing pars
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor service standards and work with the team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Follow-up on corrective action where necessary

Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years Full-Service Restaurant Management experience
• Bilingual: Fluency in Mandarin & English
• 1 years prior bartending experience
• State Mandated Food Handlers Certification
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of World Class Guest Service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
• SERVSafe (Preferred)
