We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to help staff our kitchen. You will be responsible for food prep, stocking and cleaning throughout the work day. We're looking for candidates with prior restaurant experience who are familiar with basic food safety practices and can work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Use safe food preparation practices when working with other cooks and assistants.
- Work a flexible schedule of shifts between the hours of 6am and 11.30pm.
- Order and receive food supplies as needed.
- Prepare, cook, and serve food.
- Use effective problem-solving skills to manage difficult customers or coworkers.
- Be sensitive to cultural differences in food preparation and presentation.
- Adhere to state and federal health regulations when handling and preparing food.
