Our butcher shoppe line chefs do it all
- Prepare the on premise wine bar meals from our limited menu
- Assist shoppers at the meat counter and help them make their selections.
- Assist shoppers with cooking tips and answer questions about our quality products.
- Assist Butcher in meat fabrication and display case presentation
- Assist Chef with preparation of Take Home ready made meals
- Work with the team to keep a clean and sanitary facility
- Assist Cashier
- Work with Chef to develop new menu ideas and recipes
- Assist Chef with Wine Dinners
- Many many more fun and educational task not normally found in restaurant settings.
100% of all butcher counter tips are tip-shared with all BOH employees
