Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will craft delicious drinks, provide exceptional customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that embodies the fun and spirited spirit of Hook & Reel. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest has a memorable experience while keeping the bar running smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to legal requirements
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients are available for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a nightclub, restaurant, or fine dining setting
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving at banquets or catering events is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a lively atmosphere
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing

Pay: $20.46 - $40.00 per hour
