Full-Time | In-Person | San Antonio, TX
$20-$23/hour, depending on experience
We are an established commercial service company looking for a sharp, organized Sales Support
Coordinator to work directly alongside our sales representative.
This is not a commissioned sales position, and you do not need to be a salesperson. Your job is to
keep the sales process organized and moving so our sales rep can spend more time in the field,
meeting with customers and closing business.
What you'll do
You'll help manage the process from incoming lead through proposal and follow-up, including:
- Answering incoming calls and communicating with prospective customers
- Scheduling pricing inspections and appointments
- Preparing proposals, agreements, and other customer documents
- Confirming inspections are completed and collecting any missing information
- Sending proposals and following up on outstanding documents
- Keeping customer and opportunity information accurate and up to date
- Tracking open leads and making sure follow-ups don't fall through the cracks
- Coordinating with our sales rep, office, and operations team as needed
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organized, accurate, confident with customers, and exceptionally
good at follow-through.
You should be comfortable managing several things at once without losing the details. If something is
missing, we want you to notice it. If someone hasn't responded, we want you to follow up. If
something doesn't make sense, we want you to ask.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can learn how their sales rep works, anticipate what
they'll need, and increasingly handle the administrative side of the process without requiring constant
direction.
Strong phone and written communication skills are important. Previous experience in administrative
support, customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a similar position is preferred.
Industry experience is not required. We'll teach you our business.
