What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Owner-Operator - Build Your Own Operation position at HoodWashers?
Run your own operation. We'll teach you how.
HoodWashers cleans commercial kitchen exhaust systems for restaurants across the Denver metro. It's a skilled trade with steady demand — every restaurant is required to keep these systems clean, and someone has to do it.
We're looking for people who want to run their own territory. Not manage one. Run it.
Straight talk before you apply:
- You start in the field doing the work. That's how you learn the trade and earn the territory. No shortcuts.
- The work happens at night and early morning, after kitchens close.
- It's physical — ladders, rooftops, grease. You will get dirty.
- You'll need a valid driver's license.
What you grow into:
- Running the day-to-day of your own territory
- Building and leading your own crews
- Owning the relationships with local restaurant clients
- Scaling from one van to a full operation
How the money works:
Earnings scale with what you build. A single-van operation starts around $60,000/year. A fully built-out territory can earn $200,000 /year. You earn a share of every job your territory completes — so the bigger you grow it, the more you make.
You don't buy in. You grow in.
There's no franchise fee. Nothing to purchase. You prove yourself, build your crews, and grow the territory into your own operation.
Who we're looking for:
No experience in this trade required — we train you on the work and on running the business. We hire for character first and teach everything else. Our people are Honest, Humble, Hungry, and Hardworking.
If you want to build something that's actually yours, apply.
HoodWashers exists to strengthen individuals and families.
