About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Inspect and top off essential fluids including coolant, power steering, and windshield washer fluid
- Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and cabin filters
- Lubricate chassis components and perform multi-point vehicle inspections
- Communicate recommended services and findings to customers in a clear, friendly manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay and shop environment
- Work as part of a team to minimize customer wait times and maximize service quality
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and under-hood components
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple vehicles efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
