Position Summary
The Foreman will lead a team of technicians in the cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. This position is hands-on, requiring leadership skills, technical ability, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Participate and supervise in the cleaning and scraping of exhaust ducts, hoods, fans, and filters to remove grease buildup and prevent fire hazards.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NFPA 96 standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Help train, guide, and evaluate crew members to maintain high-quality performance.
- Operate and oversee the safe use of pressure washers, lifts, scrapers, and cleaning chemicals.
- Conduct on-site inspections, document deficiencies, and complete service reports.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and management.
- Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles in safe working condition.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a field service, trade, or maintenance environment (preferred).
- Previous experience in kitchen exhaust cleaning or fire safety services (preferred; training available).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical labor in hot/greasy environments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $176.00 - $200.00 per day
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
