Minimum Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment following safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills to understand instructions and report issues.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with non-durable goods manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work overtime if needed.
- Assist machine operators in setting up and adjusting machinery for production runs.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or irregularities and report them promptly.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines as required.
