3rd & 2nd Shift Machine Helper
Major Areas of Responsibilities
- Manufacture Corrugated Cartons
- Assist the assistant operator as needed. Accountable for machine performance as related to waste, efficiency, quality and uptime objectives.
Primary Objectives
- Ensure all company policies are adhered to. (Safety, production, AIB, I.S.O. and quality).
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Specific Responsibilities of the Job
- Assist machine operators with loading materials and monitoring production.
- Adhere to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules, hearing and eye protection policies.
- Performs various other job duties and projects as assigned.
- It is the responsibility of all employees to follow the requirements of their documentation process as defined in the ISO Quality Manual.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Possess effective interpersonal skills and the ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
- Must be team oriented.
Job Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in temperature extremes inside facility for several hours continuously.
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
- Must be able to push up to 45 lbs.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
