About The Role

The Machine Flexo Operator plays a critical role in the production process within the durable goods manufacturing sector by operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines. This position ensures that high-quality printed materials are produced efficiently, meeting both company standards and customer specifications. The operator is responsible for setting up the machinery, adjusting settings for optimal print quality, and monitoring the production run to detect and resolve any issues promptly. Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience operating flexographic printing machines or similar industrial printing equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine setup and adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare flexographic printing machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
