Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activity to ensure safety protocols are followed and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
- Assist guests with pool access, towel service, and general inquiries about pool amenities
- Conduct routine inspections of the pool area, including cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety hazards
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and resolving conflicts effectively
