Hood Canal Communications is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers while promoting our broadband, video, and telephone services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, service orders, troubleshooting, and general account support.
- Accurately input customer data and maintain records in company systems.
- Promote and sell HCC products and services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and data entry.
