Introduction:
Mano Lani LLC is a leader in enterprise IT and communications, cybersecurity, and mission-critical operational support for U.S. defense and federal agencies worldwide. Mano Lani is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support Navy Modernization efforts at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC.
Duties:
Support planning and progress tracking of modernization tasks, schedules, and deliverables
Help coordinate meetings, agendas, and action tracking across modernization stakeholders
Assist operational reviews, milestone monitoring, and task execution status updates
Track performance reporting including hours and burn rate metrics
Support quality improvements aligned with modernization governance requirements
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management
PMP certification
Fifteen (15) or more years of Project Management experience
Demonstrated experience applying ISO 9001 QMS, CMMI Level III, and Engineering Change Management
Experience with collaborative teaming, internal communications, milestone management, and personnel management
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering Management or Business Management
Fifteen (15) or more years of DoD/Navy Program Management
Experience with DoD 5000 processes

Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
