We are seeking a Superintendent for one of our commercial construction clients in Charleston, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience with ground up commercial construction projects and or large-scale multifamily projects.
Title: Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent (Depending on experience)
Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Start Date: April 2026
Travel: 2-hour radius around Charleston, SC
Salary: $85k-105k Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance
Project Types: Multifamily, Hotels, Large Scale Commercial
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the operations at the job site, including workforce management, safety, quality control, and coordination with other crews
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
- Estimating and ordering the required materials for the project
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed on the job site
- Inspecting the quality of work and materials
- Planning and scheduling the phases of the construction projects
- Communicating project progress to supervisors, clients, or project managers
- Maintaining equipment and machinery, arranging for repairs when necessary
Experience Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience with ground up Multifamily or Hotel projects is preferred
- 3 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid Driver's License
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
