Job Summary
Seeking a Network Security Analyst / Vulnerability Management Analyst to coordinate and manage enterprise vulnerability remediation efforts across Windows, Linux (RHEL), and Citrix environments. This role will serve as the liaison between Security, Infrastructure, and Change Management teams to ensure timely remediation of high-risk vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow, vulnerability management processes, and CAB/change management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track vulnerability remediation activities using ServiceNow IT Remediation Workspace.
- Manage vulnerability remediation tasks, change requests, and related configuration items.
- Collaborate with Security, Server Operations, and Infrastructure teams to drive remediation efforts.
- Prepare, submit, and present change requests to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Track remediation status, implementation progress, approvals, and closure evidence.
- Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate remediation activities across Windows, Linux (RHEL), and Citrix server environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in vulnerability remediation or vulnerability management.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Change Management and IT Remediation Workspace.
- Experience presenting changes to CAB and managing change control processes.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), and Citrix environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple remediation initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government, regulated, or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with CSOC, Infrastructure, and Application team workflows.
- Experience supporting emergency or out-of-band vulnerability remediation.
- Knowledge of audit, compliance, and security evidence collection processes.
