Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale public health IT modernization initiative. The role involves managing complex, cross-functional projects, developing program roadmaps, business cases, and governance processes, while collaborating with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Responsibilities include project planning, budget and risk management, vendor oversight, resource management, status reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Required Skills:

5 years of Program Management experience managing large, complex IT projects.

7 years of experience with project planning, portfolio roadmaps, and project delivery.

Strong experience with budgeting, risk management, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.

Experience developing business cases and cost-benefit analyses.

Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
