CVOR Technologist
Location: Jackson, MI 49201
Contract Duration: 8-13 Weeks
Shift: 4x10-Hour Days
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Job Summary:
The CVOR Technologist performs a variety of technical duties to assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients. The ideal candidate will have strong cardiovascular and endovascular surgical experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced operating room environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during cardiovascular and endovascular procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and supplies.
• Ensure the operating room is properly set up for procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical cases.
• Assist with patient preparation and positioning.
• Follow all facility policies and safety protocols.
Required Education:
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
Required Certifications:
• Current Surgical Technologist Certification.
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Required Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of CVOR experience.
• Endovascular experience required.
• Cardiovascular surgical experience required.
Salary : $62 - $67
