Position:  Azure DevOps Engineer & Administrator
Location:  Harrisburg, PA 17120
Duration:  12 months

Job Description:
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize Azure DevOps Services (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Test Plans)
  • Manage GitHub Enterprise (repositories, permissions, teams, SSO, governance)
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions
  • Configure branch policies, security groups, service connections, and agent pools
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates
  • Integrate Azure services including AKS, Azure Functions, SQL, Key Vault, and Storage
  • Monitor DevOps environments, troubleshoot deployment issues, and ensure compliance/security standards
  • Collaborate with development, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to support DevOps best practices
 Required Skills:
  • 5 years of Azure DevOps experience (Admin Engineering)
  • Strong expertise in Azure DevOps Services and Azure Cloud Administration
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise (Cloud/Server)
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD, branching strategies, and DevOps methodologies
  • Experience with Terraform / Bicep / ARM Templates
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305)
  • GitHub Certifications
  • Experience with Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics
  • Knowledge of .NET, Java, or Node.js
  • Experience with YAML pipelines and GitHub Copilot
