Studio Growth Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Pennington, NJ
Hours: ~20 hours per week

About the Role
Honor Yoga Pennington is seeking a high-performing, sales-driven Studio Growth Manager to lead membership growth, drive revenue, and create an exceptional member experience.
This is not a front desk role this is a results-driven sales and relationship management position responsible for converting prospects into members and increasing overall studio revenue.
Required Schedule (Non-Negotiable)
This role requires consistent weekly availability, including alternating weekends and key revenue-driving shifts.
You must be available for the following shifts:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
In addition:
- Must work alternating weekends
- Must work all Open House events
- Must work the final 2 days of every month (critical for sales goals)
These hours are required and non-negotiable. Please only apply if you can consistently meet this schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and manage new leads
- Conduct membership consultations and studio tours
- Perform private and group intro sessions
- Convert prospects into memberships and paid offerings
- Build and manage a personal book of members
- Drive revenue through workshops, trainings, retail, and events
- Lead and direct concierge team members to support member engagement
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Monthly Performance Expectations
You will be expected to meet the following minimum performance metrics:
- 20 new non-member appointments set
- 15 presentations completed
- 5 new member conversions
- $8,000 in non-member revenue
- Minimum $500 net gain in autopay memberships
- Maintain a 25% closing rate on presentations

Requirements
- 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification (required)
- Sales experience strongly preferred (fitness, wellness, or service industry ideal)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
