Role Description
- Full-time, onsite role in the Arts District of Los Angeles, CA (717 Mateo St., LA)
- Carefully receive and handle deceased pets with dignity and professionalism.
- Accurately follow all identification, tracking, and labeling procedures.
- Operate and maintain cremation equipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Prepare memorial items and cremains with attention to detail and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate, and respectful return of remains.
- Communicate compassionately with staff and clients when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and high level of personal responsibility.
- Ability to consistently perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and cleaning.
- Comfort working around deceased animals in a respectful, emotionally sensitive setting.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and following protocols.
- Previous experience in veterinary, animal care, mortuary work, or similar fields preferred.
- Compassionate, grounded demeanor with a strong sense of integrity.

Salary
- $20-25/hr based on experience
