Nightingale Services is a dedicated home health company with 11 office locations across Georgia. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional in-home care and support to our clients and their families.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Recruitment Manager to oversee and coordinate operations across our multiple Georgia locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience who is comfortable with regular travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage staffing operations across all 11 locations in Georgia.
Ensure that each location is running smoothly and efficiently, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Serve as the general manager on the ground, addressing operational issues, supporting local teams, and improving service delivery.
Travel and Compensation:
The ideal candidate will be home-based for one full week at a time, with travel required approximately one to three days every other week. Travel will generally be to locations within four to five hours of the candidate’s home base. We offer mileage reimbursement, as well as coverage for hotel stays and meal expenses during travel.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment or healthcare management.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the state of Georgia.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
