Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role located in San Diego, CA. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers in need of vehicle servicing. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, discussing vehicle needs with customers, preparing work orders, providing cost and timeline estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating effectively throughout the service process. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
