Honor Foods, a leader in food redistribution, is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our Kissimmee warehouse. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, inspire teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor warehouse supervisors and staff
- Oversee daily operations: order selection, loading, inventory, and replenishment
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards are met
- Partner with sales, procurement, logistics, and finance teams
- Foster a positive, motivated, and team-first culture
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 5 years of warehouse experience (2 years in leadership)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience with WMS and MS Office
- Knowledge of food distribution/safety a plus
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
