Honor Foods is hiring a Transportation Supervisor to lead daily delivery operations, supervise CDL drivers and dispatchers, and ensure DOT compliance and safety standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise CDL Drivers & Dispatchers
- Manage routes, schedules, and delivery performance
- Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA compliance
- Monitor ELD logs and safety practices
- Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs
- Partner with Warehouse & Sales to resolve delivery issues
- Coach, train, and support transportation team members
- 3 to 5 years in transportation, logistics, or fleet supervision preferred
- Knowledge of DOT regulations & driver management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Appian Daily Planner or similar routing software, Drive Cam, Geotab and similar ELD systems, Zonar, or WMS a plus
- Active CDL class A license preferred but not required
