At Honor Foods, we’re hiring a Rebate / Program Manager to lead our rebate and program operations from our Philadelphia office. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role where you’ll drive financial accuracy, manage key programs, and make a direct impact on the business.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Rebate & Data Control Specialists
- Own the full lifecycle of rebate & incentive programs
- Oversee accruals, reconciliations & financial reporting
- Manage vendor claims, collections & customer payouts
- Deliver insights through analysis, forecasting & reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, audits & internal controls
- Partner with Finance on month-end close
- Improve processes through automation & efficiency gains
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years in rebate, program, or financial management
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP & financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, TrackMax, etc.)
- Advanced Excel strong analytical mindset
- Buying Group / GPO experience = big plus
